Editorial Policy and Ethical Standards of the Journal

The journal adheres to generally accepted international standards of scholarly publishing and follows the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), as well as best practices of leading mathematical scientific journals.

1. Rights and Responsibilities of Editors, Reviewers, and Authors

Rights and Responsibilities of Editors

Editors of the journal:

make decisions on the publication of manuscripts solely on the basis of their scientific significance, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope;

ensure objectivity and confidentiality of the peer review process;

prevent conflicts of interest and unethical behavior;

do not disclose information about submitted manuscripts to third parties, except as required by the editorial process;

have the right to reject a manuscript at any stage if violations of ethical standards or journal requirements are identified.

Rights and Responsibilities of Reviewers

Reviewers:

conduct expert evaluation of manuscripts objectively, responsibly, and within established timeframes;

are required to inform the editorial board of any potential conflict of interest;

do not use unpublished materials for personal or professional purposes;

maintain confidentiality of manuscript content;

have the right to decline reviewing if they lack appropriate expertise or have a conflict of interest.

Rights and Responsibilities of Authors

Authors:

guarantee the originality of the submitted work and the proper acknowledgment of all sources;

bear responsibility for the accuracy and reliability of the presented results;

must identify all individuals who have made a significant contribution to the research;

are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest;

have the right to receive a reasoned editorial decision and, if necessary, to submit a justified appeal.


2. Conflicts of Interest, Publication Ethics, and Corrections

Conflicts of Interest

A conflict of interest is defined as a situation in which personal, financial, or professional circumstances may influence the objectivity of an author, reviewer, or editor.
All participants in the publication process are required to promptly notify the editorial board of any potential conflicts of interest.

Unethical Behavior

Unethical behavior includes, but is not limited to:

plagiarism and self-plagiarism;

fabrication or falsification of data;

improper authorship;

duplicate publication;

manipulation of the peer review process.

In cases of detected violations, the editorial board acts in accordance with COPE recommendations and may reject a manuscript, retract a published article, or take other appropriate measures.

Corrections, Apologies, and Retractions

If errors or violations are identified after publication:

minor errors are corrected through the publication of corrections (corrigendum);

serious errors or violations may result in the retraction of the article (retraction);

all corrections and retractions are published openly with a clear explanation of the reasons.


3. Peer Review Process and Publication Order

All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo mandatory scientific peer review.

Peer review is generally conducted using a single-blind or double-blind review process.

The order of peer review is determined by the date of manuscript submission and its relevance to the journal’s scope.

The order of publication is determined by the date of acceptance and the editorial publication plan.

The editorial board seeks to ensure reasonable review timelines without compromising the quality of expert evaluation.
