Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.

Submitted articles must be prepared in LaTeX by using the template and the style file, which can be downloaded from here.

During registration, please, add your ORCID number.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.

An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

Articles

An article must contain new valuable scientific results in mathematics represented in a readable form with complete proofs and references.

Survey articles

Key characteristics of survey papers:

Review of existing works: A survey paper covers a large number of previously published studies, theories, and results, systematically organizing and comparing them.

Analysis and interpretation: The author not only lists the results but also analyzes them, highlighting the key achievements, challenges, trends, and gaps in the research.

Explanation of relationships: Survey papers help to demonstrate how different studies relate to each other and how they contribute to the development of a particular field of mathematics.

Directions for future research: The paper's conclusion usually identifies areas that require further study and possible directions for future research.

Short communications

This section publishes short communications that present brief reports of new scientific results, preliminary data, theoretical ideas, or methodological approaches. Articles submitted to this section should be clear and concise, with a focus on a specific problem or discovery.

Length: The maximum length of the article should not exceed 3000 words, including all figures, tables, and references. Manuscripts exceeding this limit will be returned to the authors for revision.

Structure: The article should include an introduction, a brief description of the methods, results, and their discussion. A conclusion and a reference list are mandatory. A detailed analysis may be omitted, as the focus is on presenting key ideas and results.

Peer Review: All short communications undergo an accelerated review process, with an emphasis on the novelty of the presented data and its significance for the scientific community. Reviewers evaluate articles based on originality, clarity of presentation, and potential contribution to the research field.

Publication: Accepted articles will be published online in the next issue of the journal. Short communications must adhere to scientific writing standards and be written in English.

Purpose: This section is intended for the rapid exchange of scientific information and the publication of significant short-term studies. Submissions that propose new approaches or findings that can later be developed into more extensive research are welcome.

Comments and letters

The "Comments and Letters" section is intended for the publication of short, constructive, and timely discussions of published articles, as well as letters to the editor that address relevant issues, provide additional insights, or raise critical questions.

Purpose: This section provides a platform for researchers to respond to recently published articles, propose new ideas, or address topics of interest within the journal’s scope. The goal is to encourage academic dialogue and constructive critique.

Length: Submissions should be concise, generally not exceeding 1500 words, including references and any accompanying figures or tables. Manuscripts that exceed this limit may be returned for revision.

Content: Comments must be relevant to articles recently published in the journal, while letters can discuss broader topics related to the journal’s field. Submissions should maintain a professional and respectful tone. Personal criticisms are not permitted.

Structure: Letters and comments should include a clear statement of the issue or question being addressed, relevant discussion or critique, and a conclusion. Authors must cite the original article (if applicable) and provide any necessary references to support their points.

Peer Review: All submissions to the "Comments and Letters" section are subject to editorial review to ensure relevance, clarity, and adherence to the journal’s standards. In some cases, submissions may be sent for peer review.

Publication: Accepted letters and comments will be published in the next available issue. If a letter or comment relates to a specific article, the original authors may be invited to provide a formal reply, which could be published alongside the comment.

Language: All submissions must be written in clear, academic English.

Ethics: Authors must adhere to the journal’s ethical guidelines, particularly regarding respectful discourse and accurate citations.
